There is no organizational role that isn't affected by the increased attention on security. Organizational roles are radically changing in ways that are little understood.

Most organizations would like to believe that adding a few security proficient professionals into their workforce or providing a few training classes will solve their security problems. The issue is far more complex, and an understanding of how and why traditional roles must change to protect the organization is key to building an integrated security focused workforce.
